So last week I went to Boston with my mom, Alexa, and Alexa's mom to look at colleges. Namely: Emerson, Boston College, and Northeastern. Amagads. Emerson College was pretty wonderful =D Definitely a place I'd wanna be in, it's like right in the heart of Boston and is a really urban campus. I wasn't sure about it until I saw that it was right next to a big park called Boston Commons. So I'm really happy about that. Anyway, it's a communications/arts school and I was really impressed by everything. If you're interested in Writing, Film, Journalism, or any other communications majors, check it out =D
I thought Boston College was rather nice; it was a suburban campus and really nice. But I wasn't like.. as impressed by it as I was for Emerson. I guess it's just about what you're looking for. And Northeastern was nice too, but I didn't like that most of the majors are 5-year programs instead of 4...
We went to Salem too! Alexa and I went on a ghost tour where we went with a group at night and the guy told us about the most haunted areas in Salem and told his experiences and the stories about the place. It was really cool. I have pictures of everything but I haven't bothered with putting them up yet ^^;;
Oooh so SAT scores came in! I did lower on my Critical Reading and Writing than last time, which is fine. But I did 20 points better than last time for Math, which is what I wanted to do! So since colleges take your best scores from each section, I now have a 690/680/740 which would equal 2110 =D Yaaay! It's right where I wanted it to be. Actually I wanted to raise my math score by 30 points, but I'll settle for 20.
And I got my ACTUAL report card =D

US History II H: A, A+, A
PE/Health: A, N/A, A
Chem H: A-, A+, A
English III H: A-, A, A-
Spanish IV: A+, A, A+
SAT: A, N/A, A
Pre-calc H: A+, A+, A+
Yaay! =D I need to get rid of those A- marks though. Have to raise them to A's for next year! Haha. I got my HSPAs back too, and I got Proficient in Reading/Writing and Advanced Proficient in Math. I don't understand how I'm so amazing at math, but I hate it so much. I think I'm just lazy.
So I'm trying to find out what I'm doing tonight. I guess nothing? IDK 'cause there seems to be like no plans. Gah!
Oooh but I just got an idea for a tattoo! I wanna get a tattoo sometime like when I'm 18, but I kept trying to figure out what. But now I want, on my lower back, a tattoo that says "I've got soul, but I'm not a soldier", which is a line from The Killer's All These Things That I Have Done =D And imma get a lip ring WHEN I turn 18 LMAO like that day if I have the money that's what I'm doing with it. Or the day after. Depends on if a piercing place is open on the 26th of December!
